We are pleased to offer:

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (CAD)  
- Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location  

### 3. Estimated Delivery Times  
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

- Canada: 3–10 business days  
- United States: 5–12 business days  
- International: 7–20 business days  

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

### 4. Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your Lashvana package every step of the way.

### 5. Shipping Delays  
While we strive for timely delivery, Lashvana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

### 6. Address Accuracy  
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Lashvana is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

### 7. Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a package is marked as delivered, Lashvana is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

### 8. International Orders & Customs  
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
